Dr Ros Smith is a GP and Lead Physician at Bupa’s Cambridge Health Clinic, with a regional leadership role in Women’s Health across the Midlands.
She has extensive experience working across NHS, private and digital healthcare, and is passionate about improving access to high quality, compassionate care for men and women at every stage of life.
Alongside her clinical work, Ros is involved in education, service improvement and quality initiatives.
Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, volunteering and spending time outdoors.
