- 12 months' access to online mental wellbeing programmes provided by SilverCloud

Be.Healthy at Home Plus - upgrade to add time with a GP
Upgrade to Plus for a total price of £289 and you'll get:
Everything that's in Be.Healthy at Home, above, plus 30 minutes with a doctor by phone or video call The doctor time can be used to discuss your test results, any mental or physical health concerns, or anything else Prescriptions can be provided, if appropriate Onward referrals can be made, if considered necessary
Take your own blood sample with the kit and helpful instructions we'll send you
We'll send you the Tiny TDL sample collection kit, which enables you to take two small blood samples by yourself at home. There are no big needles, the lancet is concealed so you don't see it, and there's no need to access a vein. Just a quick finger prick will do it.
The kit contains everything you'll need, from a small swab to clean your skin to full instructions and the packaging for sending your sample off to the lab.
How does our home health assessment work?
We use the latest technology to provide a health check from the comfort, convenience and safety of your own home.
Step 1
Booking
Book your home health check online or over the phone. You'll need to book 17 days ahead of your video call†
Step 2
Your kit
You'll receive your home testing kit plus instructions on how to download the Bupa Be.Me app
Step 3
Blood sample
Within 48 hours of getting your blood collection device, you'll take a sample and pop it in the post
Step 4
Questionnaire
You'll get an email asking you to complete the health risks questionnaire, either online or in the app
Step 5
Mental health
Two days before your video call, we'll ask you to fill in the mental health questionnaire, either online or in the app
Step 6
Health adviser call
You'll go through your blood results, do your other checks together, choose a lifestyle goal, and get your action plan
Step 7
Coaching calls
Two weeks and 12 weeks after your call, you'll have coaching phone calls to help keep you on track with your goals
Step 8
A year's support
You'll have helpful emails from us, access to online mental health support, and a 24/7 nurse led helpline
