For staying healthy later in life
Our Mature Health assessment is a 2-hour appointment for those over 65 years old looking at your physical and mental health. You'll see your risk of conditions like heart disease, diabetes and certain types of cancer. It also includes checks that look at areas you may worry about as you get older, like mobility.
We'll help you with a year of ongoing support, with coaching calls to help meet your goals. You'll also get access to our Anytime HealthLine, with nurses on hand all day every day to help with any concerns.

After your mental health review, we may recommend more support. If necessary, we’ll discuss any next steps to help.
Up to an hour with a GP
Your doctor will conduct a physical examination (with your consent) and discuss any other health topics you’d like to talk about. They may also recommend any further tests and help set goals to improve or maintain good health.
Goal-setting and lifestyle changes
We'll help you set goals and areas to focus on in your health and wellbeing journey. We'll base these off your assessment results and the time with your health adviser, so they're tailored to you.
After your assessment
We’ll help you achieve the goals you set with 12 months of support.
Access to your results
We’ll send you a detailed report of your results that you can see anytime you need to in My Bupa.
If we have sent any tests to the lab for results, your report will be updated once we receive the results. If there’s anything that needs urgent action, we’ll try to call you to discuss these.
