The Smart Clinics have provided expert care across multiple locations in central London. We will continue to offer members fast access to GPs and specialist treatments onsite. With same-day appointments and Saturday morning clinics, you can get the care you need quickly.

Important Smart Membership Information:

  • All membership plans are for an initial 12 month minimum term period.

  • Membership must be paid annually for the first year, followed by an annual or a monthly direct debit service. Once the initial term has ended, membership can either by paid annually or a monthly rolling contract will be put in place.

  • Membership can be cancelled with a month’s notice in writing to the relevant clinic.

  • One adult must join as a member before any child can join or a full adult fee will apply to the first child’s membership.

  • The application form must be completed, signed and returned before a membership commences.

You can visit any one of four smart clinics as a one-off for a particular need.

The Smart Clinics have a comprehensive range of medical specialists, including GPs and a host of other specialist, expert and complementary healthcare services. If you decide to become a member, you can build a relationship with the same GP with your long-term healthcare in mind.

No, you will not have access to Bupa health insurance unless you already have it. The Smart Clinics Membership is only applicable within the acquired Smart Clinics London centres; Chelsea, South Kensington, Wandsworth and Clapham Junction.

Members will be liable to pay monthly payments during the entire duration of their initial period of membership (first 12 months).

After the Initial Period, members shall be entitled to terminate their membership with one month’s notice.

Request for cancellation must be made in writing and addressed to the membership department at the relevant clinic where membership was registered.

The notice period will commence on the day that the cancellation request is received. The membership department will confirm receipt of the notification and confirm the cancellation date within 10 days of receipt of the letter. If members do not receive confirmation of cancellation within 10 days members should inform the membership manager immediately as it will always remain the member’s responsibility to ensure that cancellation letters have been received.

Monthly Payments: No refunds of that month’s membership fee shall be made and all other sums due to the clinic must be paid prior to the termination of membership.

Annual Payments: Members who have pre-paid an annual subscription are entitled to a partial refund based on whole unused months after the notice period has expired.
