Not knowing whether your symptoms are cancer can be extremely worrying. That’s why we’ve joined forces with hospital networks, to take away as much of the uncertainty as soon as possible.

These centres, starting in London and Manchester, have committed to offering you the all-clear or all your initial diagnostic tests – just two working days after you first call us.

And if it is cancer, you’ll have immediate access to a specialist cancer nurse followed by a treatment plan.

If you’re worried you might have cancer and you’re already a customer of ours, you can call our Cancer Direct Access* service on 0800 012 1305^ and speak to someone about your symptoms.

^ We may record or monitor our calls. Lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday.

Direct Access telephone services are available as long as the symptoms are covered under the policy. If your cover excludes conditions you had before your policy started, we’ll ask you to provide evidence from your GP that your symptoms are not pre-existing for a period of up to two years from policy start date before we can refer you to a consultant through the Direct Access service. Always call us first to check your eligibility.
