Cleaning your teeth
What is interdental cleaning?: Jenni Seaney, Dental hygienist
Interdental cleaning is what we advocate, as well as tooth brushing. Now, with your toothbrush, you only clean the insides and the outsides of your teeth.
What you're missing are the very important bits where your teeth meet, and your toothbrush is not going to get in there.
So you are looking at something that’s small enough, that can slide between your teeth, and clean out those gaps.
