One of the questions a lot of people ask me about mindfulness is: how do I know if I’m doing it right? This is a particularly pertinent question for those who are practising mindfulness by themselves. Mindfulness can be a tricky concept to grasp and because our minds tend to wander, it’s sometimes hard to know if you’re succeeding or not.

So in this short three-minute podcast, I invite you to do this mindfulness breathing exercise with me. I’ll guide you through what to do and in just three minutes, I hope you’ll be feeling much more centred, aware and relaxed.
