  • semi-skimmed milk
  • 50g natural yoghurt (0% fat)
  • 1tsp honey
  • 50g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Nutritional information per serving: 268kcal, 4.3g fat, 42.6g carbs, 18.5g protein*


Granola, yoghurt and mixed berries


Serves: one

Ingredients:

  • 80g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 120g natural yoghurt (0% fat)
  • 45g granola

Nutritional information per serving: 314kcal, 2.7g fat, 55.6g carbs, 18.2g protein*
