Our GPs provide access to basic diagnostic tests
Get an answer to your health worries as quickly as possible
In a pay as you go GP appointment, you can discuss any concerns you have and we’ll recommend the best course of action. We’ll take you through the results and if we need to, we’ll talk to you about any problems so you can feel reassured. We can carry out a wide range of tests, including:
- Full Blood Count
- Blood Glucose for diabetes
- Cholesterol Blood Test for risks of heart attack & stroke
- Liver Function Test for the effects of alcohol and much more
- Kidney Function Test
- Thyroid Function Test
- PSA Test for prostate cancer testing
If you require any additional tests and appointments, this will incur an extra cost. Please note our GPs can't refer into NHS secondary care services or into the NHS for diagnostic tests but with your permission, we’ll write to your NHS GP to suggest your next steps.
