What is a Bupa health assessment?
Our assessments look into your health and wellbeing’s current and future risks. You might be inspired by your family history, a birthday milestone or just curious to know more about your health. Whatever your reason, we’ll help you get what you need.
You’ll see your risk of cancer, diabetes, heart issues and more, with time to talk with a health adviser or GP. We can arrange any follow-up appointments, either privately or with the NHS. Plus, you’ll get a year of support to help with your long-term goals.

In-person health assessments

Get a detailed look into your lifestyle with a variety of health checks. One of our fully qualified health advisers will talk about the results and help come up with a plan to benefit your future self.
Be.Reassured
2 hours | £829
Or, split into 10 monthly payments of £82.90 at no extra cost.
This includes everything in a Be.Motivated assessment, plus up to an hour with a GP to discuss any concerns. You also get a Targeted Cancer Screening. This looks for early signs of prostate, testicular, breast or cervical cancer and is tailored to you.
Be.Ahead

Our most comprehensive assessment includes all available health checks, along with a fitness test and up to an hour with a GP. Discover your ideal way to train and get a personal 12-week programme to help achieve your goals.
Mature Health

Designed for over 65s, this includes extra tests to help you stay on top of your health and wellbeing. You get time with a GP too, so you can chat about anything you’re worried about.

Complete a series of health checks from home, then discuss your results with a fully qualified health adviser over a video call.
Be.Healthy at Home Plus
75 minutes | £309
Or, split into 10 monthly payments of £30.90 at no extra cost.
This includes everything in Be.Healthy at Home, plus up to 30 minutes with a GP. You’ll get another video call to discuss whatever’s on your mind.

Ongoing support
We can’t always give you a diagnosis, but if you’re recommended treatment, we’ll help refer you through your GP or insurance. You’ll also get access to Bupa Be.Me and two coaching calls to help you stick to your lifestyle goals.

If you need advice, Anytime HealthLine puts you through to nurses ready to help. And when we say anytime, we mean it. They’re around for support 24 hours a day.
Online mental health programmes
Our partners SilverCloud offer online mental health courses. These can support any issues you face, such as anxiety or sleeping problems.
